Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking an Assistant Brand Experience Leader in a fast-paced retail environment. You will partner with the Brand Experience Leader to develop outstanding associates, deliver consistent consumer experiences, and positively impact growth across the Bath & Body Works network.

Store leaders act as the front line of field leadership, building a consumer-focused team, driving sales, and ensuring an engaging in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, consumer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop associates and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations and goals.
• Act as leader on duty to address consumer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with leadership to implement action plans to improve results and execution.
• Lead floorset direction to bring the product story to life.
• Perform opening/closing routines and payroll coverage.
• Provide feedback and guidance to leaders and associates.
• Meet payroll targets with proper floor coverage and selling focus.
• Model selling behaviors and deepen product knowledge to create exceptional consumer experiences.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and experience.
