Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking an Assistant Brand Experience Leader to partner with the Brand Experience Leader in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional consumer experiences. You will be a frontline leader, driving growth, sales, and brand ambassador activities across the store.

You will lead, train, and motivate the team, manage shifts, and ensure an engaging customer journey while upholding company values and standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales and consumer experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership experience in a retail setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations and goals for associates.
• Lead on duty to address consumer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Support action plans to improve results and execute operations.
• Guide floorset direction to showcase product stories and driving sales.
• Oversee opening/closing routines, deposits, shipments, and directives.
• Provide feedback and coaching to leaders to improve performance.
• Meet payroll targets with appropriate sales floor coverage.
• Model selling behaviors and deliver exceptional consumer experiences.
