Job summary

Bath & Body Works, Inc is seeking a Brand Experience Key Holder to support delivering sales plans through effective execution of store and operational tasks. Store leaders act as front-line ambassadors, blending retail savviness with strong consumer connections to drive brand experiences.

You will lead by example, coach teams, and ensure product knowledge is shared to enhance customer interactions and sales outcomes in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

Lead as Brand Experience Leader on duty when scheduled to ensure consumer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues are addressed.
Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership.
Lead in-store experiences through selling behaviors rooted in company values and product knowledge.
Display knowledge of product policies and store strategies.
Set daily direction for the team and shifts when associates arrive.
Perform opening and closing routines including deposits and shipments.
