Bath & Body Works is hiring a Brand Experience Key Holder in the United States. You will support delivering the sales plan through store and operational tasks, acting as a leader on duty and guiding associates to create exceptional consumer experiences.

Responsibilities include coaching, driving rewards enrollment, maintaining visual standards, and handling opening/closing routines. The role emphasizes product knowledge, safety, and customer-centric selling in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as leader on duty to handle consumer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership.
• Lead in-store experiences with strong product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Display product knowledge, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily directions and goals for the team.
• Complete opening/closing routines, including banking and shipments.
• Engage customers with personalized recommendations and product demos.
• Drive enrollment and engagement in rewards programs.
• Assist with floorset, window changes, and visual presentation.
