URBN's Urban Outfitters store in Santa Monica is seeking a Key Holder to support daily operations and drive a welcoming shopping experience. You will partner with store management to uphold brand standards, assist customers, and help achieve sales goals through energetic service.

In this role you will lead by example on the sales floor, assist with opening/closing procedures, manage partnerships for inventory and visual standards, and contribute to a positive team environment while embracing
