URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in Santa Monica seeks a Key Holder to collaborate with store management on daily operations and to drive sales through authentic customer connections. You will maintain brand standards, lead by example in service, and support omni-channel experiences.

You will help execute visual and operational tasks, participate in staffing and onboarding, and foster a positive, inclusive team environment while adapting to flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Act as a brand representative reflecting company values and service culture.
• Lead by example to deliver extraordinary customer interactions.
• Provide seamless omni-channel experiences using MPOS, POS, and curbside pickup.
• Facilitate an energized service environment and communicate daily goals.
• Share product knowledge and brand messaging with the team.
• Prioritize customer service over tasks and multitask when needed.
• Support daily opening/closing procedures and store projects.
• Collaborate on shipment processing, restocking, and visual standards.
• Maintain inventory controls and uphold store policies for profitability.
• Onboard new hires and provide feedback to leadership.
