Deckers Brands is seeking a Sales Lead at the HOKA store in Williamsburg, VA. You will serve as the Manager on Duty, opening and closing the store, and partnering with management to deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive KPI performance.

You will demonstrate expert product knowledge, motivate and lead the team, and ensure accurate handling of cash, inventory, and merchandising, while upholding brand standards and a positive store atmosphere.

Formación

• Two years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the store and act as Manager on Duty during shifts.
• Drive sales targets and customer service KPIs.
• Educate customers about HOKA products and stay current on product tech.
• Provide exceptional customer service and promote the Brand image.
• Operate the cash register, manage money, and monitor inventory.
• Maintain clean, organized back stock and assist with store administration.
