Rivian is seeking a Product Guide IV to be the face of the brand in Bothell, WA. You will craft engaging experiences from first contact to vehicle delivery, building loyalty and trust with our community.

Join a team dedicated to premium hospitality, brand excellence, and hands-on product knowledge. The role includes events, demonstrations, and collaboration with sales and service teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in customer service, automotive, clean energy solutions, field marketing, sales, education or hospitality.
• Able to work nights, weekends and/or holidays; travel as needed for market launches.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and eligibility for required licenses.
• Experience using POS and CRM software preferred.
• Strong English communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, and educate customers with a positive, inclusive experience.
• Identify customer needs and deliver individualized experiences including demos and deliveries.
• Support brand initiatives, demand generation, and community events with tools like POS and CRM.
• Maintain brand and product knowledge through training and courses.
• Operate day-to-day tasks, events, space upkeep, and visual displays.
