Old Navy is hiring a Full-Time Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers through outstanding service and product knowledge. You will educate customers, build loyalty, and collaborate with leadership to deliver a best-in-class experience using omni-channel tools.

In this role, you will work on a dynamic team, supporting sales, fitting rooms, and store operations with a focus on a positive, inclusive customer experience.

Qualificações

• Previous customer-facing retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and educate customers about the brand and loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling and omni-channel approaches.
• Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, stockroom, and back-of-house areas.
• Support sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap and other store operations as needed.
