Job summary

Old Navy is hiring a Full-Time Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You will educate shoppers, deliver exceptional service, and leverage omni-channel tools to enhance the shopping experience. You’ll collaborate with leadership to meet store goals and maintain a welcoming, organized environment.

You will engage customers, promote loyalty programs, and drive sales while supporting store operations and providing a premium customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to educate customers about loyalty programs and products.
• Experience using retail technology and POS systems.
• Comfort with suggestive selling and achieving personal store goals.
