Old Navy is hiring a full-time Brand Associate in the United States to bring the brand to life for customers and deliver outstanding service. You will educate customers about products, provide expert knowledge, and collaborate with leadership to create a best-in-class in-store experience using omni-channel tools.

You will engage with customers, promote loyalty programs, and support store operations, while maintaining a positive work environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Seek out and engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals which contribute to overall store goals and results.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle all customer interactions and potential issues and returns courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
