Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and effective communication.
• Comfort with standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Willingness to learn and use technology tools (mobile devices, apps, registers).

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and deliver exceptional service to build brand loyalty.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and product features.
• Collaborate with leadership to provide a best-in-class omnichannel shopping experience.
• Assist on the sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back-of-house as needed.
• Maintain a neat and organized workspace and process transactions accurately.
