Job summary

Macy's is seeking an Ambassador to drive sales by connecting with customers and sharing vendor product knowledge. You will build a repeat clientele and act as the expert for designated brands in-store.

Full-time team members work 30+ hours weekly. You'll collaborate with store leadership, stylists, and vendor partners, executing merchandising initiatives and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of selling or retail experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team; good time management.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, recommend products, and upsell.
• Act as liaison between vendors, stylists, and store leadership.
• Ensure sales floor is neat, signposted for sales and markdowns.
• Plan and lead vendor sponsored events with vendor partners.
• Build brand-specific clientele for local marketing.
• Be proficient in Macy's POS and devices to complete sales warmly.
