New Balance is seeking Retail Sale Associates at our Wrentham Village location in MA to ensure store operations run smoothly and deliver exemplary customer service. You will use expert product knowledge and proper selling techniques to guide customers through every step of the transaction.

Formación

• Retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques, product knowledge, and the GUEST service model.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with appropriate NB product.
• Inform customers about promotions.
• Keep the floor organized and well stocked.
• Label and price mark items properly.
• Protect products by monitoring floor and reporting shrinkage.
• Follow safety regulations and report accidents.
