Job summary

HOKA in West Palm Beach, FL seeks an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving business results and delivering exceptional service. You will lead brand-driven initiatives, oversee training, and ensure store operations align with Deckers Brands standards.

You will coach and develop team members, manage daily tasks, and help create a welcoming store environment that reflects the HOKA community and product story.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to convey brand vision to team and customers.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate resources and schedules.
• Problem solving and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve key store KPIs such as sales, conversion, ATV, customer capture and NPS.
• Set targets and motivate team members to reach goals within each shift.
• Ensure operational excellence across all store activities and prioritize customer journey programs.
• Manage day-to-day operations including training, scheduling, inventory and cash controls; act as MOD in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring and training to build a high-performing brand-aware team.
• Maintain an optimistic, energetic attitude and welcome customers into the HOKA community through service.
