Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers, educate on products, and deliver a best-in-class omnichannel experience. You will engage customers, drive sales, and collaborate with leadership to meet store goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates are style minded, passionate about the brand, and comfortable using technology in day-to-day operations. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Not require current or future employment visa sponsorship to work in the United States.
• Willing to learn and use technology tools, including mobile devices, apps, and registers, used in day-to-day operations.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, move about the store, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Treat customers and team with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs to promote brand loyalty.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience with omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals contributing to store results.
• Support sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back-of-house tasks.
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions and returns courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes efficiently.
