Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You will educate, inform, inspire, and wardrobe the customer while delivering a best-in-class in-store experience through omni-channel service.

You will engage with customers, promote loyalty programs, support sales floor operations, and collaborate with leadership to meet store goals. A passion for retail, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication with customers and teammates.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Promote loyalty programs and educate customers on benefits.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, and cash wrap functions.

• Assist with inventory and in-store merchandising as needed.
