Old Navy in North Carolina is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers through outstanding service and product knowledge. You will educate, inform, and inspire customers, contributing to brand loyalty with an omni-channel approach and collaboration with leadership to deliver a best-in-class experience.

You will engage customers, promote loyalty programs, and support sales floor, fitting room, and back-of-house operations while maintaining a clean and organized work

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers and your team to meet goals.
• Customer-focused service provider helping deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Educate customers about our loyalty programs and products.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience using omni-channel offerings.
• Support store operations on the floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back of house.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
