Old Navy is seeking a full-time Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You will educate customers, provide exceptional service, and enhance the omnichannel experience while meeting store goals.

You will collaborate with leadership, engage with shoppers, and support operations on the sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash wrap. A passion for retail and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to drive sales and brand loyalty.
• Educate customers about products and store programs (loyalty, promotions).
• Assist across sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back-of-house as needed.
