Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You’ll educate, inform and inspire shoppers, delivering an omni-channel customer experience with a focus on service and style.

You’ll collaborate with leadership to meet store goals, participate in daily operations, and help customers find the best looks across our family fashion lines. This role thrives in fast-paced environments and values teamwork and positivity.

Qualifikationen

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• No current or future visa sponsorship required to work in the United States.
• Willing to learn and use technology tools used in day-to-day operations.

Aufgaben

• Treat customers and coworkers with respect to maintain a positive work environment.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs to promote brand engagement.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Utilize omnichannel offerings to enhance the shopping experience.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Keep a neat, clean, organized work station and handle customer interactions professionally.
