Responsibilities

• Help customers and engage with them to drive sales and loyalty.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and our omni-channel offerings.
• Support daily store operations on the sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back of house.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist teammates as required.
• Promote brand loyalty through excellent service and suggestive selling.
• Work with leadership to deliver a best-in-class customer experience across channels.
