Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You will deliver friendly service, educate shoppers on products, and use omni-channel tools to enhance the experience. You’ll work with leadership to meet store goals and foster loyalty.

In this role you’ll interact with customers on the sales floor, assist with fitting rooms and cashier tasks, and help maintain an inviting, organized environment. Growth and teamwork are core to our approach.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Not require current or future employment visa sponsorship in the United States.
• Willing to learn and use technology tools used in day-to-day operations.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, move around the store and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service to build brand loyalty.
• Educate customers about products and loyalty programs to drive sales.
• Engage customers with omni-channel shopping and suggestive selling.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor and back-of-house areas.
• Support cash wrap, fitting rooms, and other store operations as needed.
