Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a full-time Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You will educate, inform and inspire customers about products and loyalty programs, delivering a best-in-class experience across in-store and online channels.

You’ll collaborate with the leadership team to meet store goals, assist on the sales floor, ensure a neat work area, and handle customer interactions professionally, including during busy periods and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and teammates.
• Customer-focused service delivery in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Wamiliarity with retail technology and point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and educate customers to drive loyalty.
• Engage customers and promote loyalty programs.
• Assist on the sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and handle inquiries professionally.
• Support omnichannel shopping experiences and fulfill store goals.
