Old Navy is seeking a full-time Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You will deliver outstanding service, educate shoppers about loyalty programs, and collaborate with leadership to create a top-tier, omni-channel shopping experience. You’ll help with sales, promotions, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

You’ll engage customers with product knowledge, support the loyalty program, and contribute to achieving store goals through teamwork and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with omni-channel support.
• Maintain a neat, organized work area and assist across sales floor, fitting room, and cash wrap.
• Handle customer interactions and issue resolution courteously and professionally.
