Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers, delivering excellent service and educating on our loyalty programs. You will use an omni-channel approach to create a memorable shopping experience and collaborate with leadership to meet store goals.

As a frontline team member, you’ll support sales floor operations, assist customers, and maintain a clean, organized work environment while promoting brand loyalty and the best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Customer-focused service mindset for in-store and omni-channel experiences.
• Passion for retail and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Problem-solving mindset with openness to feedback.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
