Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers and provide exceptional service. You will educate customers about our products, loyalty programs, and fashion trends while delivering a seamless omni-channel shopping experience.

You will collaborate with leadership to create a memorable in-store environment, assist across sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash wrap, and support store operations with a positive attitude and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience using an omni-channel approach.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and product features.
• Assist with sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house tasks as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center.
• Support store goals and achieve personal KPIs.
