Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Springfield, MO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life. You will provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience and represent our values, while sharing product knowledge and promoting the AE loyalty program.

This role offers flexible shifts including evenings and weekends, opportunities to move between sales floor, fitting room, and stockroom, and a collaborative team environment with real growth and discounts on AE and Aerie

Qualifications

• Part-time availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Minimum age 16.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Knowledgeable product education and tailored recommendations for guests.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support store colleagues to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
