Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Branson, MO. You will bring the AE brand to life daily, delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing our values with your REAL self.

You’ll guide guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is important.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is helpful.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Passion for AE & Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to guide purchases.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fits.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and assist the team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
