Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Independence, MO to bring the brand to life in-store. You’ll ensure every guest has an amazing shopping experience, educating them about AE and Aerie products and guiding purchase decisions.

You’ll promote loyalty programs, stay flexible across zones, and resolve concerns with integrity. The role values energetic, people-focused individuals with prior retail experience and a passion for AE products.

• You have prior retail experience or exposure to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team to get the job done.
• Demonstrate integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
