Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador in Lee, MA. You will bring the brand to life in-store, deliver an amazing shopping experience, and be the face of the AE brand with enthusiasm and integrity.

You’ll engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, sign up members for the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people!
• You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays!)
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You've worked in retail before.
• You're at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable options.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and help colleagues get the job done.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
