Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll engage guests using the AE Selling Model, educate them on product details, and promote the AE loyalty program while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

This role requires energy, the ability to multi-task on the sales floor, fitting room, and stockroom, and a genuine passion for AE and Aerie products. Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Strong guest engagement and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests and help them find exactly what they need with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE/Aerie product details and make appropriate product suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
