Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You will ensure every guest has an amazing shopping experience, educate on AE & Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs while staying flexible across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

You will represent our values, work with energy in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and can engage guests effectively.
• Strong communication and service-oriented mindset are essential.
• Ability to explain product details and brand programs to guests.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find items they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make suitable recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support the team as a collaborative player.
