Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Chesterfield, MO. You will provide an amazing in-store shopping experience, embody the brand, and build loyalty with guests while representing the company values.

You will engage with guests, educate them on products, and promote the loyalty program, flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Prior retail experience and high energy are valued.

Qualifications

• You’re a people person and can engage with guests confidently.
• Experience in retail helps fulfill store tasks and goals.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service mindset and brand advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and assist the team to get the job done.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures with integrity.
