Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Springfield, IL to bring the brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience.

You will engage with guests, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across the salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom. Qualifications

• Experience in retail is beneficial.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team to get the job done.
• Demonstrate integrity and adherence to AEO policies and procedures.
