Aufgaben

• Deliver a best-in-class brand experience through product knowledge and problem solving.
• Build understanding of products and weave information into guest interactions authentically.
• Champion Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Develop your passions in and out of the store with the team.
• Support store leadership on projects and brand initiatives.
• Provide feedback on merchandising and the in-store experience to drive sales.
• Maintain an open, collaborative relationship with the team and leadership.
• Assist with various store tasks as assigned by leadership.
• Answer store phones/emails and respond on social channels when needed.
• Process guest transactions using POS, including warranties and returns.
• Receive/unpack inventory as required (boxes 5–30 lbs).
