Arc’teryx is seeking a Product Guide in San Francisco. You will be the face of the brand on the retail floor, delivering an unforgettable experience to guests.

You will share technical product knowledge, support with problem solving, and champion Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community. You’ll build deep product knowledge, weave it into guest interactions, and collaborate with store leadership on projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class brand experiences to guests through technical product knowledge and problem solving.
• Weave product knowledge into guest interactions in an authentic way.
• Champion Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Support in-store projects and brand initiatives with leadership.
• Provide feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to drive sales.
• Handle store tasks and respond to communications including phones and store emails.
• Process guest transactions using POS, including warranties and returns.
