Arc’teryx is hiring a part-time Product Guide to deliver an outstanding guest experience on the retail floor in Washington, DC. You’ll be the brand voice, sharing technical product knowledge and helping guests find gear that fits their adventures and lifestyle.

You’ll join a team that values fun, accountability, and continuous improvement while supporting store leadership on initiatives and events. Availability for Black Friday and peak season is expected.

• Comfort with a fast-paced retail environment and shifting schedules.
• Able to work collaboratively with store leadership and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class brand experience by sharing product knowledge and assisting guests.
• Develop strong product understanding and weave it into guest interactions.
• Represent Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Support store leadership on projects and initiatives to elevate the guest experience.
• Handle merchandising feedback and contribute to in-store improvements.
• Maintain open, collaborative relationships with teammates and leadership.
• Assist with store tasks and respond to phones, emails, and voicemails as needed.
• Process guest transactions using the POS system, including warranties and returns.
