Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and build loyalty with every guest while staying true to our values.

You’ll move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed, handling multiple tasks with energy and a friend-first mindset. Prior retail experience and evenings/weekends availability are a plus.

Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic communicator with guests.
• Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Prior retail experience is helpful and appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they seek.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fitting items.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Support your team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
