Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is looking for a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience for every guest. You’ll be the face of AE, enthusiastic about our products, and focused on building brand loyalty with each interaction.

You’ll flex across the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed, using the AE Selling Model to help guests find exactly what they want while upholding policies and demonstrating integrity.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AE Selling Model to help them find exactly what they're looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to achieving store goals.
• Uphold integrity and comply with AE policies in all interactions.
