Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. seeks a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and create an exceptional shopping experience. You are the face of our company, passionate about AE & Aerie products, and you’ll build loyalty with every guest while upholding our values.

You’ll engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on product details, and promote the loyalty program. Flexibility to work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Age 16 or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable options.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done and uphold brand standards.
