Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing our values.

You will engage with guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom. Availability is required evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy interacting with customers and delivering friendly service.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Availability evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Introduce the loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support your team and participate in store activities and contests.
