Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will engage customers, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and promote our loyalty program.

You’ll move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom, delivering an exceptional shopping experience while upholding brand standards. We value energetic, customer-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
