Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You will engage with guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while representing the brand with enthusiasm.

You should be a people person, energetic, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail experience is a plus, and availability in evenings, weekends, and holidays is

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy and maintain integrity.
