Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• Ability to attend training sessions and adapt to flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Be a Natural Connector: engage guests in a high-energy community-focused environment.
• Serve as a Brand Advocate: discuss Capital One services with no high-pressure sales quotas.
• Guide customers through our digital banking tools and mobile apps.
• Host local events to promote financial health and partnerships.
• Advocate, problem-solve, and resolve issues in line with compliance.
• Foster an inclusive culture and adapt to change.
• Move around the Café to support guest flow and experience.
