Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Cash handling experience required.
• 2+ years teller experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft products is a plus.
• Fluency in a second language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and responsiveness to customers.
• Supervise branch operations in absence of Branch Manager.
• Balance cash and manage teller line procedures.
• Schedule staff and ensure service level standards.
