Responsibilities

• Oversee daily teller-line operations with a focus on service.
• Use sales techniques to identify customer needs and promote products.
• Perform routine teller duties and support platform duties.
• Open basic new accounts in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Assist customers with routine account maintenance.
• Process monetary transactions and foreign currency handling.
• Manage branch cash and maintain appropriate cash supply.
• Balance ATM daily and ensure it is stocked and functioning.
• Audit negotiable instruments and logs for compliance.
• Coordinate with Assistant Branch Manager on errors and corrective actions.
• Review CTRs and Currency Exchange logs daily.
• Follow all policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Willing to work at other branch locations as needed.
