The role requires a high school diploma (banking courses preferred) and 1–2 years of supervisory teller experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; banking courses preferred.
• One to two years of senior teller or teller supervisor experience preferred.
• Proven results in a goal-oriented sales or customer service environment.
• Supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to provide direction and support.

Mansioni

• Teller Line Supervision & Operations: supervise the teller line, manage cash drawer and audit processes, ensure compliance and approve daily operations.
• Customer Relationship Management: deliver outstanding service, build relationships, advise on products, promote digital banking and resolve issues.
• Branch Operations & Compliance: manage daily branch operations including opening/closing, security, audits and regulatory compliance, train staff on changes.
