Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience required.
• 2+ years of teller experience or equivalent cash handling experience required.
• 1 year of retail banking experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field preferred or equivalent education and related training or experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operations of teller functions including staffing schedules, audits, and performance evaluations; ensure compliance.
• Provide prompt, professional customer service to customers and prospective customers.
• Operate the teller drawer, research cash discrepancies, and handle complex transactions.
• Identify root causes of complex customer service issues and implement resolutions.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products and promotions and achieve sales/service goals.
• Balance vault and ATM; perform audits and verify cash totals.
• Cross-sell and refer customers to appropriate products and services.
• Provide backup support to other branches as needed.
