Job summary

Ameris Bank is seeking an experienced Branch Teller Supervisor to coordinate customer service functions at our Kentucky branch. You will supervise teller operations, monitor cash handling, resolve complex service issues, and ensure branch compliance and efficiency while delivering outstanding service to customers.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of customer service, 2+ years as a teller or equivalent cash handling, and a track record of supervisory work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience required.
• 2+ years teller experience or equivalent cash handling.
• 1 year of retail banking experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teller operations, schedules, audits, and performance evaluations.
• Provide prompt, professional customer service.
• Operate teller drawer and handle complex transactions.
• Identify root causes of issues and implement resolutions.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products and promotions.
• Meet sales and service goals and balance vault/transactions.
