Credit Union of Texas is seeking a Lead Teller to supervise the branch teller team, ensure accurate cash handling, and deliver member‑centered service.

You will coach tellers toward sales and service goals, uphold BSA/AML, OFAC, and Funds Availability controls, and use CUTX AI tools with required human review.

This on‑site role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced branch environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience: 1–2 years in teller, cash handling, or branch operations; prior lead experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Regulations CC, BSA/AML, OFAC, USA PATRIOT Act and related compliance is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the branch teller team to meet or exceed sales, service, and operational goals.
• Provide day-to-day coaching, guidance, and on-the-job training to tellers; manage scheduling and workload.
• Oversee cash vault operations, ATM replenishment, reconciliations, and audits for accuracy and compliance.
• Model CUTX brand standards and ensure adherence to policies and procedures; monitor and enforce risk controls.
